The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit varies by payment method and account verification level. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

In the event of system malfunction, software errors, incorrect game outcomes due to technical failures, or communication errors, bata35 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All game results are final once confirmed by the game provider, except in cases of proven technical errors.
bata35 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete KYC verification, or violation of responsible gaming policies.
Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding any bonus funds or winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to bata35.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw or forfeit your remaining balance. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened except under exceptional circumstances at bata35's sole discretion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bata35 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of bata35 services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and bata35.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any claims or disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding. By accepting these terms, you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit against bata35.
